I have always had an interest in web development, having learnt basic HTML and CSS in 2010. In August 2022, I realised that I was experiencing a burnout in my previous career, and thus needed to have something I could focus on besides work. I saw an Instagram ad about SheCodes and decided to further my skills in web development through the SheCodes workshops.
At the end of May 2023, I completed all the workshops and have learned the skills to be a Front-end developer. Reflecting on my journey, I have enjoyed developing websites and am keen in pursuing a career in the industry. I am currently focussing on finding a job or internship as a front-end developer, as well as continuing to improve my web development skills through my own personal projects.
